These Terms govern your use of urecruitu.org and any services, guides, coaching, or digital products offered by URECRUITU LLC ("URECRUITU," "we," "us"). By using the site or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms.

Services

URECRUITU provides educational content and consulting to help student-athletes and their families navigate the college recruiting process. We are not affiliated with the NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA, or any specific college or athletic program. We do not guarantee admission, roster spots, scholarships, or financial aid outcomes.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Payments

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and processed by Stripe. One-time purchases (including the U90 DIY Guide) are charged at checkout. Subscriptions and packages renew or bill according to the terms shown at purchase.

Refunds

• Digital products (U90 DIY Guide, downloads): Because access is delivered instantly, these purchases are non-refundable. If the download fails or you can't access the file, email us and we'll make it right.
• Coaching packages: Refunds for unused sessions may be available on a case-by-case basis if requested in writing within 7 days of purchase. Completed sessions are non-refundable.

License to use content

When you purchase a guide or program, you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own family. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish our materials without written permission.

Your content

You retain ownership of information and materials you share with us. You grant us a limited license to use that material to deliver the services you requested.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site or services to break the law, infringe others' rights, disrupt the platform, or misrepresent your identity.

Disclaimers

The site and services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, URECRUITU disclaims all warranties, express or implied. Recruiting outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including athletic performance, academics, and coach decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, URECRUITU's total liability for any claim relating to the services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 6 months before the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which URECRUITU LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
