URECRUITU LLC ("URECRUITU," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through urecruitu.org and our services, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Contact info you provide: name, email, phone, and details you share on forms, quizzes, calls, or during coaching.
Athlete details you choose to share: sport, class year, academics, target schools, and recruiting materials.
Purchase info processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
Usage data: pages viewed, device, and general location via cookies and standard analytics.

How we use information

To deliver the services, guides, and coaching you request.
To send transactional messages, receipts, and, if you opt in, our email series.
To improve the site, our content, and our programs.
To comply with law and enforce our terms.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share limited data with vendors that help us operate — for example Stripe (payments), Kit (email), and analytics providers — under their own privacy terms. We may disclose information if required by law.

Minors

Our services are intended for parents and student-athletes 13+. Athletes under 18 should use URECRUITU with a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any message.
Request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing us.
Control cookies through your browser settings.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no system is 100% secure. Please use a strong, unique password for your account.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date.
