The reality
Why work with a recruiting coach?
Most families don't understand the college recruiting process. High schools don't offer real recruiting guidance, and not every kid has access to elite club teams coached by people with a Rolodex of D1 contacts.
The reality for most recruits is they fly completely under the radar and will go unseen — unless they develop a strategy and deploy a proactive approach.
Parents invest in personal trainers, private tutors, club teams, position coaches, camps, and showcases — all to give their athlete a competitive edge. But when it comes to the process that actually determines their next four years and beyond, most families leave recruiting to chance.
That's where I come in.
Every family starts the same way
It begins with a dream.
To keep playing the game they love. To earn a roster spot, maybe a scholarship, and a college experience built around something they're great at. It's a dream worth chasing — but the path is narrower and more competitive than most families realize.
This isn't about chasing the pros.
For the vast majority, the goal isn't the NFL or the national team — it's using their sport to open the right academic door, at the right school, with real support. That's a winnable game with the right plan.

And the game just changed
The rules changed in 2025. Most families haven't caught up.
The House v. NCAA settlement rewired college sports overnight. What worked for the kid up the street three years ago is already obsolete. Here's what your family is actually recruiting into:
Rosters got smaller
New caps — 105 in football, 28 in women's soccer — cut roughly 5,000 athletes nationwide. Walk-on spots are vanishing.
Scholarships got flexible
Every D1 sport is now "equivalency": coaches give full, partial, or no aid. Most offers are partial — and stretched further than ever.
The portal raised the bar
Your athlete now competes with experienced transfers for the same spot. Coaches can fill a need instantly from another roster.
Academics are the new currency
With aid split across more players, strong grades unlock partial-ride + academic-money combinations that coaches love.

Why "if they're good, they'll be found" fails
Recruiting is an iceberg.
Families pour everything into the part everyone can see. But offers are won in the 90% beneath the surface — the work no one claps for.

Meet Your Coach
Hi, I'm Coach Kito.
I'm a former college athlete who's spent years on both sides of the recruiting table — chasing the dream myself and now guiding families through one of the most important decisions of their lives. I built URECRUITU because too many talented student-athletes get lost in the noise, and too many families navigate this process alone.
With 25 years of business-to-business sales experience and over a decade leading sales teams, I approach recruiting through a sales lens. I build relationships, tell your athlete's story with conviction, and execute with the same discipline that closes deals in the boardroom — all deployed for the benefit of your family.
My approach is simple: honest feedback, a clear plan, and steady coaching from your first outreach email all the way to signing day. No hype, no shortcuts — just relentless accountability and game-changing strategy.
Why families choose us
I've been where your athlete is going.
I earned a full ride to Boston University — then the program was cut after my freshman year. I had to navigate recruiting all over again, and earned a second full ride at Northeastern. I made the mistakes so your family doesn't have to.
Recruiting is sales — and I've closed for 25 years
Two and a half decades in B2B sales. I teach your athlete to tell their story and build real relationships with coaches.

For families
You don't have to figure this out alone.
The recruiting world has changed dramatically — NIL, transfer portals, shrinking rosters. He translates the noise into a plan you can actually follow as a family.
- Honest assessment of your athlete's recruiting level
- Clear weekly tasks — no guesswork for parents
- Direct relationships with college coaches across divisions
- Academic and financial fit, not just athletic fit
Why outreach is a craft, not a blast
A D1 coach can get 200+ recruit emails a month.
Most are deleted in seconds. The difference between ignored and recruited is the message itself — and the follow-up behind it.

Where should you be?
The recruiting timeline — by grade.
Find your athlete's grade. See exactly where you should be right now. Most families discover they're 1-2 years behind — and that's the moment a coach changes the math.
9th Grade
Set the GPA and start filming.
- Lock in academics from day one
- Begin a highlight-clip habit
- Family vision conversation
10th Grade
Build the profile. Send the first emails.
- Recruiting profile live
- First 3-5 min highlight reel
- 30-50 school long list
- Camps where target coaches attend
11th Grade
This is where most families wake up too late.
- SAT/ACT locked in
- Updated film every season
- Unofficial visits to top 10
- Narrowed to 12 mutual-interest schools
12th Grade
Compare offers. Commit with conviction.
- Senior film released early
- Official visits booked
- Side-by-side offer comparison
- Negotiate athletic + academic aid

The smartest investment in the journey
You've already invested in the talent. Protect it.
Families pour years into trainers, club fees, camps, and showcases — all to build the athlete. Yet the process that decides the next four years and the size of the bill is usually left to chance.
Aid adds up
A partial athletic offer stacked with academic money can be worth tens of thousands a year — for four years.
The wrong fit is expensive
A bad match means transferring: lost credits, a lost season, and a second tuition bill. We help you get it right the first time.
A fraction of one season
Coaching costs less than a single year of club or showcase travel — pointed at the decision that matters most.
We don't sell exposure. We protect the investment your family has already made — and give your athlete the best shot at the right home.
